SHIPPING

Order processing time is 1 to 3 days.

✈ Canada: 3 to 20 business days from the shipping date.

✈ United States: 7 to 30 business days from the shipping date.

✈ International: 5-30 business days from the shipping date.

All packages are sent by regular mail from Canada Post (there is notracking number). If you wish to obtain a tracking number, please select expedited shipping.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

♡ You have 30 days to exchange

♡ We do not issue refunds

♡ If the customer wishes to exchange their product, they are  responsible for the shipping costs

♡ The item must be returned in its original condition

♡ Returns are only for Canada. I do not accept returns or exchanges for the United States and internationally.

 

Damaged Item

♡ Before shipping, all items are checked to make sure they are in good condition, but it might happen that an item gets damaged during delivery. If this happens, contact me right away and send me a photo of the damaged item.
