With a ring you already have

1: Select a ring you already have and that fits you comfortably

2: Use a ruler to measure the diameter on the inside of the ring.

3: Refer to the chart below. If your circumference measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend you take the larger size.

Using a string and a ruler

1: Wrap a string around your finger

2: Cut the string where it meets the other end, and do not tighten the string too much

3: Measure the cut string using a ruler

4: Refer to the chart below. If your finger size falls between two sizes, we advise you to choose the larger size.
